Nanhua Singapore holds a Capital MarketServices Licence to deal in derivatives, issued by Monetary Authority Singapore(MAS) and is a trading and clearing member of Singapore Exchange (SGX)，General Participant and Clearing Member of ICE Singapore in Singapore for trading derivatives markets. The company is also a recognized overseas broker of  Dalian Commodity Exchange(DCE), Shanghai International Energy Exchange (INE), Zhengzhou Commodity Exchange (ZCE) , Shanghai Futures Exchange(SHFE) and Guangzhou Futures Exchange(GFEX).

On 21 July 2026, Nanhua Singapore received approval from the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) to expand the scope of its existing Capital Markets Services (CMS) Licence. The newly approved regulated activities include dealing in capital markets products (securities and units in collective investment schemes (CIS)), product financing, and the provision of custodial services.
